M&A, particularly for international companies, is also a core area of practice, where clients include Cambridge University Press and Switzerland-based Affichage. It is also advising the Greek Ministry of Transport and Communication on a contract between the State and Hellas Sat Consortium Ltd in relation to Greece's satellite system.
