Career:
Ms. F. Bouza was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1990 and is qualified to appear before the Athens Court of Appeals.
She joined Avramopoulos & Partners in 1990 as an associate in the Corporate Legal Department and is a Partner since 2002.
As a corporate lawyer, Ms. Bouza assists many of the Firm's multinational clients in their effort to establish themselves in Greece. She frequently handles the acquisition of companies, managing the projects through all the various domestic legal complexities. She has represented many companies in their negotiations, legal due diligence, drafting and conclusion of share or assets purchase agreements.
Ms. Bouza has also handled many aspects of hotel development transactions, such as the preparation of acquisition documents, development rights, transfer agreements, drafting of financing agreements, project development agreements, construction management agreements, architectural agreements, consulting agreements and in general contractor and subcontractor agreements.
She is a member of the Athens Bar Association and Board Member and Secretary General of the Pan-Hellenic Athletic Women's Association "Kallipateira"
