Dr. Papanicolaou was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1977 and he is qualified to appear before the Supreme Court.
He is a professor of Civil Law at the University of Athens Law School.
Dr. P. Papanicolaou has authored several articles, among them are, "Schlechterfullung beim Vertrag zugunsten Dritter" (1977), "Interpretation of Articles 389-401 of the Greek Civil Code" (1979), "Interpretation of Articles 730-740 of the Greek Civil Code" (1989), "The Laesio Enormis in Article 388 of the Greek Civil Code and the Extent of the Judicial Intervention" (1985), "Abuse of the Freedom of Contracts" (1986).
