Career:
After completing his postgraduate studies, Mr Avgeros joined Gide Loyrette Noel in Paris as a trainee. In 1989 he served as in-house lawyer of the Geneva based company Granomar, where he mainly dealt with banking and finance matters as well as the artibration procedure.
Following his admission to the Athens Bar Association in 1990, Mr Avgeros became an in-house legal advisor of OLYMPIC AIRWAYS. Since then he has been involved in the drafting and reviewing of contracts with emphasis on Aircraft Lease Agreements, Financing of Aircraft, Loan Agreements etc. Mr. Avgeros is qualified to appear before the Supreme Court and has also successfully conducted litigation cases involving various labour and civil law matters.
He joined Avramopoulos & Partners in 2005 following the merger of the Firm with Simantiras Law Offices and since then has overseen numerous complex due diligence reports mainly in the area of M&A transactions.
