Career:
Ms Angelopoulou completed her legal-training with Simantiras Law Offices in September 1998 and upon admission to the Athens Bar in 1999 she moved on to becoming a full-time associate.
Ms Angelopoulou mainly deals with corporate matters such as drafting and reviewing of contracts, participation in public tenders, corporate housekeeping etc. During her career she has also successfully conducted complex litigation cases involving various labour and civil law matters.
Following the opening of the Greek telecommunication market to competition, she was involved in the procedure for obtaining full licensing on behalf of a new entrant operator. She also deals with regulatory issues before the Greek Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications.
Ms Angelopoulou is qualified to appear before the Court of Appeals and is a member of the European Lawyers' Union. In the recent local council elections, she was elected as regional counselor in the district of Piraeus.
She joined Avramopoulos & Partners in 2005 following the merger of the Firm with Simantiras Law Offices.
